The portions are very good size and they don't mind making changes to the food on the menu to your liking. “ I love stopping here every visit to Estacada. Not your typical food cart! The cauliflower mac & cheese is out of this world with cheesy goodness. But seriously this is what you're going to order the next time you're here... ready?? You're going to order the pork tenderloin sandwich. She makes it the way they do in the northern Midwest US, fried cutlet pounded thin that is so tender with a crispy thin breading. Fried to order, none of this frozen pre-fried crap. They also have pulled pork Mac and cheese, and also grilled cheese sammichs for the kiddos. ”
“ Timber Town has been a treat for me as I recently moved into the area! The BBQ Mac and Cheese is delicious with either pork or steak (I like to rotate which one I get). The parmesan truffle fries are great, as is the ranch! If we're being honest though, none of that matters, because the desserts are the best part! A wide variety that switches up daily/regularly, and there's always something I want, and they have never once disappointed! I'm not sure how there is even a single poor review, because they are always so sweet, and the food is always delicious! Been here half a dozen times in the last couple months, and I look forward to continuing to come back for more! ”
